i have written before about finding baby products in Japan, and the problem of finding diapers when the brands make no sense. Now there is a reference page for all countries, thanks to the Wandermust family. Here you can get help for those moments when you are standing in the store wondering which side is up, and what the product actually is supposed to do for your child.
By the way, a tip: if your child is on formula, buy Hohoemi cubes. They are compressed formula powder blocks that dissolve in hot water. Super-convenient for feedings on the go - no more messing with powder.
